Price Matching Policy
Dream Home Appliances is committed to offering competitive pricing. If you find a lower advertised price from an eligible competitor for the same brand and model, we may match the price, subject to this Price Matching Policy.
How It Works
To request a price match, please contact a Dream Home Appliances Product Specialist before placing your order. If you have already placed your order, you must request the price match within the earlier of:
• 30 days after delivery or pickup of your product; or
• 4 months after the date your order was placed.
To review your request, we may ask for:
• The brand name and model number of your Dream Home Appliances product;
• A link, flyer, or advertisement showing the competitor’s product, brand, model number, and price;
• Proof that the competitor’s product is currently available for purchase; and
• Any other information reasonably required to verify the request.
Eligibility and Restrictions
The competitor’s product must be the same brand and model, brand new, in stock, and available for purchase from an authorized retailer in the applicable local trade area.
The competitor’s price must be current, publicly advertised, in Canadian dollars, and available at the time the price match request is made.
Price matching does not apply to expired prices, unavailable prices, advertising errors, misprints, rebates, coupons, free or bonus offers, limited-time or limited-quantity offers, clearance items, liquidation items, refurbished products, open-box products, scratched or dented products, floor models, “as-is” products, special order items, final sale items, or products sold through auction sites, marketplace sellers, third-party resellers, discount/consignment sellers, or unauthorized dealers.
Price matching also does not apply to individualized pricing, verbal offers, handwritten prices, volume pricing, wholesale pricing, corporate pricing, builder or contractor pricing, bid pricing, membership pricing, group or club pricing, employee pricing, financing offers, lease offers, or credit-program pricing.
Price matching applies only to the product price. Taxes, delivery, installation, haul-away, removal, recycling fees, accessories, required parts, warranty plans, protection plans, maintenance, repair, and other services or charges are excluded.
Only one price adjustment per order is permitted.
Dream Home Appliances may refuse any price match request that does not meet this Price Matching Policy or where the product is no longer available.
Changes to This Policy
Dream Home Appliances may update or change this Price Matching Policy at any time. The version that applies to your request is the version in effect when Dream Home Appliances processes your price match request.
Applicable Law and Customer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or waives any right or remedy that a customer may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, the Sale of Goods Act, or any other applicable law. If any part of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right will apply.
