Warranty & Claims Information
Dream Home Appliances is an authorized appliance retailer. Most products sold by Dream Home Appliances are brand new. If a floor model, open-box, or “as-is” product is offered, it will be identified at or before the time of sale and may have different warranty coverage.
Manufacturer warranties are provided and administered by the manufacturer. Warranty coverage, service approval, repairs, parts, labour, timelines, and claim decisions are controlled by the manufacturer or its authorized service provider, not by Dream Home Appliances.
Manufacturer warranties do not replace or limit any non-waivable right or remedy a customer may have against Dream Home Appliances under applicable consumer protection or sale of goods laws.
Customers should keep their original sales invoice, model number, serial number, purchase date, and warranty documents, as these details are usually required for service.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most new products include a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty coverage may vary by brand, product type, model, use, and the terms listed in the owner’s manual or warranty documents.
Manufacturer warranties are generally intended for household/residential purchases only unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. Products used in commercial, business, rental, professional, or non-residential settings may not be covered or may have different coverage terms.

How to Start a Warranty Claim
For service during the manufacturer warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly. Before contacting the manufacturer, have the following ready:
- Original sales invoice
- Model number
- Serial number
- Purchase date
- Product issue or error code, if applicable

Delivery Damage, Incorrect Product, or Immediate Concerns
For visible delivery damage, incorrect products, missing parts, or concerns noticed at or shortly after delivery, please contact Dream Home Appliances as soon as possible with photos, invoice number, model number, serial number, and a description of the issue.
These issues may be handled under our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy, Delivery & Basic Setup Terms, manufacturer process, or applicable law, depending on the circumstances.

Applicable Law and Customer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or waives any right or remedy that a customer may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, the Sale of Goods Act, or any other applicable law. If any part of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right will apply.
